Our product uses innovation to bring together aquaponics and water filtration to create a commercialized product for the everyday consumer. Typically with aquaponics systems you will see one of two things, either large scale industrial sizes or models so small they give the consumer little no actual value. Our product is innovative because it scaled down a system to be a product useful and benefical in your home.
What is MECA?
MECA stands for Micro Ecosystem Compact Aquaponics. Our model is inspired by the cross section of a steam and mimics what happens in a natural environment. From our product individuals
Our Story
We are facing a huge global issue:
The Water Crisis
The Water crisis has already been affecting people for years, but recently we've seen this issue highlighting and skyrocketing across the globe. It is a topic that has not been discussed properly in many communities and it has caught up to us. Our product was designed with the crucial addition of two water filtration systems to help combat the global water issue. The goal is to reduce the consumers ecological impact of water usage by reduceing human reliance on water intensive farming and it can promote ethical, sustainable and reliable water usage.
